Chuck Smith Samba Project
We've been in slow but steady mixdown and mastering mode for good friend and great Boise based pianist / arranger / musical director Chuck Smith and guitarist / composer Bill Courtial. The project started in Bills personal studio in Eagle and has been in the making for a while. A project of this type takes time to get all the right parts together and now that everything is in one place, we are pleased they came to Admagination to finish the tweaking of the tracks.Peninsula Plumbing Client Page

- We used a strong female vocal because it's a unique fact that this type of contractor service is mostly bought by women. This makes the jingle more identifiable by the customer
- The sing in presents the four typical problems an HVAC company will service. It presents the discomfort that Peninsula will be able make comfortable again
- Starting with vocal only will make this production very unique in any stations play rotation. It forces the ear to have a momentary break in the audio and focuses attention on what is being sung
- Singing phone numbers have never been successful in our opinion unless the number themselves have a catch to them. Like "1-800-FIX-DRIP. Let the voiceover handle the number
- The way we linked the "job right" with the "be right" was not closing off the lyric box with a rhyme. By shifting the linking off balance it allows the slogan to move forward to focus on the company's title.
- The main industry of Delmarva is agriculture (especially organic according to a report done by KBOC-TV 16) tourism with emphasis on sports hunting and fishing. We went with a more organic, up tempo style of adult contemporary pop with a coastal feel.
The Dirty Little Secret™
- The first musical "riff" you hear is very close to one of the ringtones common to the iPhone 4 & 5. This is a very subliminal way of tricking the subconscious into thinking the next act after hearing this production has something to do with them using their phone...and that is calling you! BTW...there is no copyright issues with it being "close".

November 25th, 2014. Update. We have created by authorization from Rich, to upgrade the package to include both an annual jingle as well as the seasonal "march" production.

Annual Production Demo
- The demographics of customers and the local area suggests a strong female 30-45 year old buyer of ICS services and products
- In Demo 1, we used a pop / shuffle feel music bed that has more complex harmonies, making it more appealing to the more sophisticated college professional. Note: This has been updated with cleaner vocals
- In Demo 2, as requested by the client, we started off the jingle with a "bugle" call playing the sports oriented "Reveille" theme. This is due to the fact that Texas A&M is located near by.
- In Demo 3, we created a straight march version that has a whistle roll off as very typical of the start of a field marching band.
The Dirty Little Secret™
- Seeing that the demos for the area where there are shops is in the vicinity of a major college, the use of a marching type production was not only requested by the client, but was an obvious fit.
- The "Cool" version embraces the new phone number. It's a cool march track
- The "straight march" version has a great drum line beat that is very vogue in marching band ensembles
